Refund Policy

WML is only a reseller of digital products. WML does not provide mobile operator services and is only a reseller of prepaid mobile recharge services which are ultimately provided by telecommunications service providers (hereafter Telco or Telcos) or by other distributors or aggregators of such Telcos. WML is not a warrantor, insurer, or guarantor of the services to be provided by the Telcos. Prepaid mobile recharge sold by WML to You is sold without recourse against WML for any breach of contract by the Telcos. Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the mobile prepaid recharge purchased must be handled directly between You (or the recipient of the recharge) and the Telco. The terms and conditions set out in this section are applicable, mutatis mutandis, to other prepaid recharge products available on the WML Platform including prepaid recharges in relation to DTH and data card as well as to other prepaid recharge products that may be offered on the WML Platform. WML will not be responsible for any failure on the part of any of its recharge partners in effecting a recharge. WML does not support Bank to Bank Refund process.

Recharges

All sales of prepaid recharge on the WML Platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which You purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. You are also responsible for the information relating to data card and DTH and all charges that result from those purchases. WML is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or data card information. However, if in a transaction performed by You on the WML Platform, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then You shall inform us by sending an e mail to our customer services e mail address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the WML Platform. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number (or DTH account number or data card information), operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number. WML will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then You will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Your e mail. All refunds will be credited to you as points. WML does not support Bank to Bank Refund process.

Flight/Hotel

WML will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through my booking section or email. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines. WML will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions. WML does not support Bank to Bank Refund process.

WML shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent. The customers or clients or agents shall not hold WML liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of the ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent. On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, WML may sometimes refund the amount to the customer but WML reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.
